Printing the photo was very difficult. Tried to print through a couple of app photo programs, could not print the proper size. I had tried various paper sizes when 4x6 did not print picture size correctly. Finally sent to another service to get a printable and properly sized photo.

Yes. I had a positive experience using this service. It’s well worth it saving lots of grief when your passport photo is not accepted. Couple of my photos were rejected but same ones after processing by passport-photos online, were accepted… no fuss and my renewal passport is on its way and ready to board a flight in few weeks. I used this service through my phone when my officeworks passport photo was rejected and I had to urgently come up with a quick solution. This was such a simple and super quick solution. It's easy to use but don't be surprised if initially the photo is accepted but later rejected. They offer a free retake. The photos are good quality and delivered quickly. There's an electronic option for online applications i.e. passports. A discount was offered making it very reasonable.

I tried taking 2x2in passport size photo for my new born India passport.

I just took the full size picture covering from head to toe. Uploaded the same into passport-photo.online website and there comes the magic, the pic was auto trimmed in perfect measurements and I ordered 6 photos for just £18.99 and within 2 days received the photos to my home on glossy paper!

My experience of the app wasn’t great: it generated non-compliant visa photos and wouldn’t allow me to download a free preview to check before purchase. But the customer support was excellent : the photos were manually corrected very quickly.
